to different size of power turbines and harbor cranes . Such stability has to be kept in
different weather conditions . Since 2000 we have developed different materials with
different level of friction to be used in different applications

The weather is only a part of the environment where the friction material has to work ,
indeed another important portion is due to the dust , lubricants and cleaning agents
normally used in such type of applications . In the last years there is continuous request
