### Anti climbers

###### OVERRIDE PROTECTIONS

##### Anti climber

##### Anti climber

##### Anti-climbers are designed to avoid climb upward of vehicles in case of a collision. The product can be a plate or beam for direct mounting to the vehicle coach or in combination with a tube for plastic deformation. In the case of energy absorption, we offer you a full package of crash buffer technology.

### Crash beams

###### OVERRIDE PROTECTIONS

##### Crash beams

##### Crash beams

##### Dellner crash beams are engineered for LRV, LRT, Tram-Train, VLRV and people mover applications across different track gauges and vehicle configurations.

##### We provide complete solutions covering design, simulation, structural verification and crash buffer integration, tailored to customer requirements. Our proprietary crash simulation tools enable optimization of CEM performance for specific crash scenarios, with solutions capable of managing crash loads up to 750 kN.

### Combined crash

###### OVERRIDE PROTECTIONS

##### Combined crash

##### Combined crash energy absorption system

##### Dellner crash beams with side buffers are engineered to protect vehicle structures by absorbing and managing impact energy during collision events. Designed in accordance with EN 15227 and VDV 152, our solutions support the crashworthiness requirements of modern rail vehicles.

##### With extensive CEM experience since 2008, Dellner offers application-specific solutions for LRV, Tram-Train, Metro and Multiple Unit (MU) vehicles. Our proven two-stage side buffer and bumper configuration provides controlled energy absorption and reliable structural protection."

### Crash boxes

###### OVERRIDE PROTECTIONS

##### Crash boxes

##### Crash boxes

##### Crash boxes offer a very high energy absorption capacity. They work parallel to the coupler and are typically combined with anti-climbers for optimal structural collapse, because they are not designed to transfer high vertical and lateral loads. Due to their unit cell configurations, crash box structures offer excellent mechanical performance.
