##### WT’s disc portfolio includes grey cast iron (GCI) and high-grade cast-iron (HGCI), which materials are available for axle mounted discs and wheel mounted discs. Material choice is upon the energy dissipation needed for each application.

Both for AMD & WMD, grey cast iron are delivered in OE with monobloc friction rings (2 parts friction rings is available for aftermarket).

High-grade cast-iron disc are delivered segmented. The segmented technology offers significant LCC benefits, including a full decorrelation of disc & wheel maintenance, longer lifespan & reduced LCC.
