### Type 330

###### FRONT COUPLERS

##### Automatic coupler type 330

##### Automatic coupler type 330

The automatic coupler type 330 is a versatile coupler head that can be fitted to light rails and trams, metro trains and monorails.

The Type 330 coupler head is part of Dellner’s modular design concept. It can be used across a wide range of vehicle types and markets, providing excellent spare-parts availability and very low maintenance costs. The Type 330 automatic coupler is designed for light rail vehicles, trams, metros and monorails and features a pivot anchor that acts as a deformation element for crash energy absorption.

##### Product details

Pivot anchor for enhanced deformation absorption
Bottom mounted electrical coupler including D-REX (100 Mbit Ethernet connection)
Remote uncoupling device
Pneumatic connections for main air and break air
Buff/Draft strength: 1250/850 kN

**Customer benefits**

### Type 35

###### FRONT COUPLERS

##### Automatic coupler type 35

##### Automatic coupler type 35

The automatic coupler type 35 was developed for heavier vehicles and all-electric vehicles. The coupler head is designed for fast or frequent train coupling and uncoupling.
Dellner offers the Type 35 automatic coupler for metro trains and railcars. The coupler head is part of Dellner’s modular design concept, providing excellent spare-parts availability and very low maintenance costs. The Type 35 automatic coupler features a pivot anchor that acts as a deformation element for crash energy absorption.

### Type BSI

###### FRONT COUPLERS

##### Automatic coupler BSI

##### Automatic coupler BSI

The name of the BSI automatic coupler dates back to the German company “Bergische Stahl-Industrie” (BSI). The BSI coupler head was originally developed for light rail vehicles for automatically coupling and uncoupling wagons but is now also used in a larger number of passenger trains.
Dellner’s BSI automatic coupler is designed for regional and intercity trains, metros, light rail vehicles and trams. It is part of Dellner’s modular design concept and features a rotating anchor as a deformation unit for crash absorption. The BSI coupler can be offered for all applications with Dellner’s patented safety locking device.

##### Product details

Centre section with gas-hydraulic damper
Pivot anchor for enhanced deformation absorption
Total energy absorption: 1 MJ
Pneumatic connections for main air
Impact/tensile strength 1000/600 kN

**Customer benefits**

### Type Georg Fischer

###### FRONT COUPLERS

##### Automatic coupler type Georg Fischer

##### Automatic coupler type Georg Fischer

The Georg Fischer coupler head is an automatic coupler that enables low-energy uncoupling, even when a high tractive force is acting on the coupler.
The Georg Fischer automatic coupler from Dellner is designed for metros. We have adapted the head so that it works together with all the other elements of our modular coupling system and can be fully integrated with our crash energy management system.

### Type Tomlinson

###### FRONT COUPLERS

##### Automatic coupler type Tomlinson

##### Automatic coupler type Tomlinson

The Tomlinson automatic coupler head consists of two square metal hooks that interlock when coupled. At Dellner, the Tomlinson automatic coupler is available for regional and intercity trains, metros, light rail and trams.
The Tomlinson coupler is part of Dellner’s modular design concept, providing improved spare-parts availability and lower maintenance costs for train operators, as well as shorter delivery times for train builders. It features a horizontally mounted pivot anchor, allowing for better integration into the car body.
