The high load swing arm system is a lighter and more compact alternative to vertical bars for sliding plug doors. The high-load swing arms are up to 15kg lighter per door system than vertical bars. Their compact design frees up interior space, allowing for increased passenger capacity and easier integration into modern train layouts. No side covers are needed, and installation is simplified thanks to fewer connections with upper door components.

It has proven its reliability in real-world conditions, with over 20,000 doors in service for more than 20 years (ET series). It is designed to handle small structural shifts during operation without affecting door movement - even if one of the guiding arms is disengaged, the door continues to function normally. The system has successfully passed endurance tests of 2 million cycles and pressure resistance up to 2500 Pa plus additional force, showing strong durability and resistance to wear and vandalism.
